Each area develops foundational people leadership skills through practical,
easy-to-apply tools.
How are you tracking across the three focus areas?
The program is effective for people leaders at all levels as well as emerging leaders.
As they progress, they grow their capability and confidence to lead more effectively
in real-world situations.
A shared language and consistent leadership approach is created across your organisation,
critical for long-term business success.
Each focus area includes a series of tools, anchored by a ‘Master Tool’.
In the first three months, People Leaders move through the InSync Learning© Cycle, building confidence with the Master Tools.
In the following months, they continue the cycle, learning and applying additional tools that support each focus area.

Facilitative Leadership
A powerful yet underused leadership style. Leaders learn when and how to use the facilitation toolkit to keep teams engaged and aligned.
