Each focus area is built around a series of tools, anchored by a Master Tool. In the first three months, People Leaders move through the InSync Learning© Cycle, building confidence with the Master Tools. In the months that follow they share the tools with their team and continue the cycle, applying additional tools that deepen capability across each focus area.
