The InSync Story

After more than 25 years in leadership development, Mark Tapsell saw a growing problem: organisations were investing heavily in leadership programs but not seeing scalable results. Traditional models were expensive, slow to embed and focused only on the leader. Teams were left behind. These approaches were out of step and not keeping up with the pace and complexity of modern organisations.

So he flipped the model.

Mark designed a tools-based leadership journey that upgrades the leader - and equips them to share and embed those tools with their teams. This creates a ripple effect of capability, alignment, and performance across the organisation.
