The InSync Story
After more than 25 years in leadership development, Mark Tapsell saw a growing problem: organisations were investing heavily in leadership programs but not seeing the results. Frustration was rising, and confidence in traditional approaches was fading. Old approaches were out of step and not keeping up with the pace and complexity of modern organisations.
So, he set out to change it.
Mark stripped leadership development back to what really matters: giving people leaders the right tools, at the right time, in a way that’s practical, empowering, and in turn easy for them share and to apply in their teams. Tools that enable growth, connection, and making a real difference.
